Russell began his professional career in the mortgage and real estate industry, where he spent more than a decade developing expertise in finance, investment, and business development. He later expanded into retail before shifting his attention to Las Vegas’ growing tourism sector. Seeing an opportunity to offer visitors experiences beyond the famous Strip, he established a collection of outdoor adventure businesses that highlight the unique landscapes of Southern Nevada and Northern Arizona.

His portfolio includes LasVegasATVs.com, Las Vegas ATV Rental, Las Vegas Outdoor Adventures, Vegas Off Road Racing, Bullets and Burgers, Las Vegas Water Sports, Vegas Kayak Tours, Vegas Hiking Tours, Grand Canyon Helicopter Adventures, Las Vegas RZR Rentals, and the Vegas Rocket Rally. Together, these companies provide visitors with a wide range of outdoor recreation and adventure experiences.

In addition to tourism, Russell has led the design, development, construction, and operation of several commercial projects, including the Last Stop Travel Center, Grand Canyon Glamping Resort, Taco Bell, and Port of Subs locations. He is also overseeing the development of a new Dunkin’ Donuts location in Arizona, further expanding his involvement in commercial and hospitality projects.
